Thank you for choosing UltraCUT Laser! These terms explain how we work and your rights when using our laser cutting services. Please read them carefully – they help us provide the best service for you.

1. About Us

UltraCUT Laser (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides laser cutting and engraving services for a variety of materials including wood, acrylic, metal, and more. We are committed to high-quality workmanship and safe, reliable service.

2. Placing an Order

Orders can be placed via our website, email, phone, or in person.

You must provide accurate details, including designs, materials, dimensions, and quantities.

We will confirm your order by email or message. Once confirmed, your order is binding.

We reserve the right to refuse orders for unsafe, illegal, or prohibited materials/designs.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms: 50% deposit at confirmation, balance on completion unless agreed otherwise. 

We accept payments via Online Bank Transfer.

Late payment may result in delays or additional fees.

4. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

You must own or have permission to use any designs, logos, or images you provide.

By submitting designs, you give us permission to use them solely to produce your order.

We may use photos of completed work for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

5. Materials & Safety

Certain materials are unsuitable for laser cutting (e.g., PVC, PVC-coated products, hazardous substances).

You must inform us of all material details. We are not liable for damage caused by undisclosed unsafe materials.

We follow strict safety procedures and comply with UK Health & Safety regulations.

6. Delivery & Collection

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order size, material availability, and shipping conditions.

Risk passes to you once the goods are collected or dispatched.

If using a courier, you are responsible for checking items on arrival for damage and notifying us immediately.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Custom laser-cut items are made to order and are generally non-returnable unless faulty.

You have the right to cancel standard, non-custom orders within 14 days of receipt (UK distance selling regulations).

Faulty items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

We will repair, replace, or refund defective products at our discretion, in line with UK consumer rights.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profit, missed deadlines) arising from use of our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

You are responsible for correct use, assembly, and installation of your items.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.

Your information is used to process orders, communicate with you, and improve our services.

We will never sell your information to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales unless otherwise agreed.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

Using our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
